Dennis Township LOW COST Cat Spay/Neuter Program & Form

Instructions:

Dennis Township offers a LOW COST cat spay/neuter program available to the Township residents. This program has a cap on the funds and is provided on a first come first serve basis with a limit of two (2) cats per household. The first 70 applicants will be issued an authorization number. This service is being provided in cooperation with The Animal Welfare Society in Dias Creek, New Jersey. For more information or to schedule your appointment please call (609) 465-3403.

You must print out this form, fill it in and personally bring it to the Township Of Dennis Municipal Office with proof of residency.
