DENNIS TOWNSHIP VISION 2030

Welcome to the Dennis Township Vision 2030 website. The municipality has received a $50,000 grant from the New Jersey Office of Smart Growth (NJOSG) to prepare Form-Based Code guidelines for five of the Township's designated Centers. Town Centers include Ocean View and Clermont, while the designated Villages are Dennisville, South Dennis and South Seaville. The Township has hired Maser Consulting, PA to work with Township officials and the public to prepare the guidelines. This site is your resource for updates and project process.
